Consistent efforts have been instrumental in making my professional endeavors successful. My value system has always guided me in giving my hundred percent to each task I have been entrusted by my organization. I believe strongly in work ethics and deliver on them, too. In my opinion, the qualities which are essential for success are – Persistence, Resilience, and Groundedness.
I get intrigued by challenging tasks; they intellectually stimulate me. I enjoyed appearing in all exams during my student days and continue to do so in current times, too. My recent endeavor of Dip (IFRS) exams made me realize this.
One quote that has always inspired me is - “Learning how to learn is life’s most important skill” – Tony Buzan
At the core of my heart, I am still a learner. Life-long learning is my motto for life. Qualifying the professional exams of Chartered Accountancy conducted by ICAI and IFRS by ACCA in one go has given me confidence in myself and confirmed my belief of ‘consistency in efforts always leads to success.
I believe that Women have all the inherent characteristics for making it big in the professional world. They just need to believe in themselves. Self-confidence and a positive frame of mind essentially contribute to a person’s productivity.
