Position: Chartered Accountant - Accounting and Compliance Associate Role: • Oversee accounting and auditing duties for all of our clients. • Income tax/gst filing – tax consultation for ultra-high net worth individuals • Strategy for sales and business development for all clients • Oversee all compliance related duties for all clients. • This is a highly entrepreneurial role – the candidate will work closely with the founders / directors of the company. Professional certification: Must have passed all CA exams. Must be a Chartered Accountant. Ideally, two years of experience post CA certification required. The candidate must be well knowledgeable about accounting procedures in India. Skills required (non-negotiable): • MS PowerPoint • MS Excel • Tally Salary: The starting salary for this role is 2 to 5 Lakhs including a quarterly bonus based on performance. We provide partnership to all team members, based on performance, once they’ve completed 1 year of employment. Salary may be negotiable depending on the candidate. Bond: There is a financial bond in place for this role for two years post joining. This is to ensure that only interested candidates apply.
